I regularly do 70mph on my Savage - with odd blasts (blasts ??) to 80mph and have no trouble with vibration.
My bike is in standard condition.
I don't know why your bike should have a problem. All I can suggest is checking that everything is bolted together firmly - engine mountings and the like.
